The Happy & Terrible Day

Blessings of the Day: Kg's grandpa accepted Christ on the 21st April 2007, Saturday. Tears of joy ... rejoice and praise God whom all blessings flow! =) God works in ways that you never see. God's hands just move and with the strong support from brothers and sisters in Christ who form God's army just marched in with prayers support. The deep desires of our heart that wants our loved ones to know and experience God's love will only please God and the more the Lord will answers our prayer requests - is just a matter of time.. His time especially. So don't lose your faith... continue to pray for the salvation of your family members who have not tasted God's love. I am sure God will move and break away the hardened heart and melt it with His tender love. Trust in HIM. For nothing is impossible with God! - Luke 1:37 Amen!

Before i zoom off to complete my next to-do-list ... let me let me blog

Today is a happy and terrible day... I shall share the terrible part first even though during the day, the happy news came in first.

Today this afternoon, I've recieved the most insulting email from my client. I can't believe it. I just feel so lousy and down. I simply do not understand why she have to write such blunt and insensitive email. No matter how terrible my work is, I just couldn't understand that saying such words is not going to be helpful! =( Having said that, I asked Keegan angrily, is my work that terrible? Has my standard drop? I produced a total of 8 templates for her! Yes you hear me right, 8 templates! Tell me which company so nice and patient to produce 8 templates?? That me :( Keegan reassured me saying that my work standard has not dropped and the problem lies with the client. He told me to be patient and do my work as I am serving the Lord. *Sigh... what to do? I am just so fed up with her... God help me! =(

On the happy note, I recieved our group assignment results back. Hurray! We got an A for this project =) "A" my precious A... after many hours of working through this project with my team mates.. we managed an A! =) =) =) My individual reflective report was also well recieved by my lecturer. Thank God and Praise God =)

Life been tough but yet fruitful. I shall persevere on and with God I know nothing is impossible with Him!

Finally Completed!

Quick! Congrat me.. i finish my TMA!

1) 4 days to compile a 46 pages group report
2) 5 hours to do a 6 month gantt chart + 2 more hours of redo as my gantt chart were corrupted *oh well*
3) 2 hours to complete a 800 words reflective report *woot*

Best thing that ever happen.. slept at 4.30am and still tahan till the following day midnight.. am I Xena or what?

Ok ok..I am just in my usual crapping mode - But Let ME THANK GOD!

Blessings of the Day: I completed my assignment and is because (drumroll) I still remember to do my quiet time even though i super busy! Thank YOU Keegan for reminding me! It really shows that even though you are busy with work and studies until you can't breathe - the more you should spent time cos God will carry you through the difficult times and hours of your life - example .. completing TMA due tomorrow!

One more TMA to go.. Wednesday... oh well .. My Lord being my helper!

Deadline

Blessings of the Day: Thank God for friends... having friends are the best things that God can give you.. =)

There is a reason why such word exists...

So you know you will be dead if you don't meet the timeline ... sigh...

1) 16th - Group Report Assignment
2) 18th - Individual Assignment
3) 19th - Project 1st Launch Date
4) 20th - Review of Project Mockup
5) 2 more unconfirm deadlines due the month of April ~ argh

May the Lord help me! God multiply my time multiply my brains multiply my speed!

Keep me Faithful, keep me Grateful

I am feeling very troubled and frustrated over a friend. =(

Pardon and allow me to rant this out because i feeling so sad ... even though I know she will never come across my blog ...

"C, I know you are going through a tough time. I will pray that God will help you and J to move on. The shock and disappointments that I just learnt was painful for me and more even for you and him but God reminded me that humans are not perfect and everyone made mistakes. I will pray for you my friend. May God help you to learn how to treasure the ones who truly love you."

Why did this ever happen in the first place? God knows...

I was having dinner in Compass Point and I saw someone that startled me. An old aunty was sitting opposite me. Her side view and back view resembles my late grandma. I was shocked again when I look at her face to face more closely, the whole facial expression & behaviour look so much like her... I got abit of emotional. Thinking I might be over-reacting, I asked Keegan his thoughts. His reply: "Oh! She does look like grandma!" My heart sank... I realize I missed her alot. Dinner was a quiet affair for me that evening. Sigh

I can't think of Blessings of the day initally when i begin my entry... but ... but when I reflect my quiet time with God... he show me Romans 1:8-17. Perhaps let me end of my entry by reflecting on this...

Blessings of the Day: I thank God my Father who love me and die for me on the cross! Let us ponder and stand amaze dwelling in God's love.

Here are some fun shots I had taken for the past 2 days... The eve of Good Friday... Rachel brought Oakley to visit me and I brought her to play my playground!






Then the next morning during service, I saw this adorable girl that go "yada yada" during service. During prayer, the Pastor prayed this - "Our Father has redeemed us and He love us" - this girl went "yayaya!"






When the service ended..Grace and I spot this stone sculpture and we go "hey! Looks good.. let's take a picture!" Then 4 of us scrambled there ... nice right? hahaha






After lunch, we went to visit Baby Seth - the 2nd child of Jasmine =) Seth looks adorable when he is sleeping but apparently aunty Shimin say .. Seth very fierce! hehe...





Lastly before I head for my project meeting, Keegan and I saw our flats in construction... view from Punggol LRT Station =)
