Faithfulness in everything

Just a thought: Somehow the strength to handle the truth, the obstacles, the difficulties that fell in our paths, i think the ladies are doing a better job than guys. (eek sorry guys)

I always hears amazing stories about woman's inner great strength who overcome all odds by knowing there is this silver lining in the cloud still exists. They are more positive, optimistic and faithful. On the whole whether they are Christians or non Christians.

1) My sister's friend who loves her children unconditionally and never complains despite of their small and weak bodies; one was born with autism and one with a severe case of food allergy. Many things which prevent them from enjoying many normal activities like other children. Imagine no ice-cream for you. But thankfully the 2 sisters love each other dearly as well.

2) My mom who fought on for the family despite all the unhappiness in the past kept haunting her preventing her moving forward but yet the thought of her children, she pushed herself to the next level.

3) A Granny who just pass away recently. When she was still alive, though weak, yet she always never fail to make anyone day who visits her - her constant optimistic and will power to fight each day and trusting the Lord always. Her constant joyful face always reminded how small our faith is... smaller than the mustard seed.

4) My dear friend - the grand daughter of the above Granny, her faith in trusting the Lord that in the season of lost and bitterness, there is something beautiful that will come out of it at the end of the day.

Ok before i get stoning from a guy who is reading this, this is not a time to compare who is better - guy or girl. Our God created us differently and unique on our own. Yet He expect the same attitude and behaviour from all of us.

Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus. —Colossians 3:17

God also sees our faithfulness in the things we do. Though we may think our deeds—big and small—sometimes go un-noticed, they are being observed by the One who matters most. Whatever our task today, let’s “do all in the name of the Lord Jesus” (Col. 3:17). — Cindy Hess Kasper

Whatever task you find to do,
Regardless if it’s big or small,
Perform it well, with all your might,
Because there’s One who sees it all. —Sper

Daily work takes on eternal value when it is done for God.
